I
do a lot of work in the theatre, and acne has always been a problem.
I felt uncomfortable performing in front of people, simply because
of the way my skin looked. More importantly, I was limited by how
my skin made me FEEL about myself. With acne recovery, my skin is
much more under control, and it has really helped my self-esteem,
which has really boosted my ability to be comfortable and free on
stage!
This
product gives you so much control in dealing with your skin. Having
two lotions was really effective on my skin. The Treatment Lotion
was tough on my acne, but the Repair Lotion prevented the treatment
from just drying out my skin like so many other products have. Also,
being able to choose the settings of both lotions allowed me to
regulate my skin comfortably.
I
really like the adjustability of the product strength - especially
in the repair lotion. I have found that having a pretty concentrated
setting of the treatment lotion (I use setting 9 most often) and
varying the repair lotion works really well. I love that if my skin
is too dry I can keep treating my acne without abandoning the product
or continuing to exacerbate the problem.
The
adjustability of the Repair Lotion is helpful, and the Treatment
Lotion almost always fixes a lot of my skin problems during the
night. Very cool.
The
product didn't do very much for me at the beginning, and I was getting
impatient. I would recommend (if the acne is pretty intense at first)
to start at setting 5 for the lotions, and work up or down the scale
from there.
My
skin is pretty good, for me. I think if I stick with this high treatment
setting regularly, things will even out even more.
